Here at Soul Flow Yoga Studio, we are all about Connection and Community. We strive to create an inclusive, nurturing and non-dogmatic space, where you can come as you are, build community, and nourish your body, mind and soul. We want our studio to feel like home, a place where you are welcomed, accepted, and encouraged, whether you are just beginning, returning after hiatus, or you’re a seasoned practitioner. We believe that Yoga is for Every Body and offer a series of creative and purposefully sequenced classes to meet a wide array of needs. Connection for us starts with our breath. As we take even a moment to tune inward, we begin cultivating a connection to ourselves, the powerful life-force breath in our lungs, to nature, and to each other. It is with this connection that we have the ability to learn, heal, and grow as we incorporate movement and meditation into our everyday lives both on and off our mat.

Heated Flow

This purposefully sequenced, heated vinyasa class. 8/ designed to cultivate a deeper connection between your mind & body, using the power of breath to increase strength and stamina, while incorporating active flexibility and mobility for a creative and exploratory practice. The temperature ranges from 95-102 degrees with 40-65% humidity. All levels welcome.

Gentle Flow

A slower, simpler, unheated flow, designed to open your body, release tension, and explore movement throughout your whole system. This class incorporates breathwork, focus, and flexibility to create a balance between a calm mind and a mobile body. Gentle Flow is great for any level practitioner, giving you an opportunity to get grounded in the fundamentals of your yoga practice. Beginner Friendly and All Levels Welcome. Unheated.

Vinyasa + Pilates 60/75

A mindful movement practice combining the strength, freedom, and fluidity of vinyasa with the concentrated core and stability work of Pilates. Expect to sweat and mobilize the body and mind in new and familiar ways. The room is heated in the low to mid 90’s range. Beginner Friendly and All Levels Welcome.

Warm Yin + Flow

The perfect mix of vinyasa style flow with the calming, restorative benefit of yin mindfully weaved into the practice. We work on mobility and functional feel-good movement for that ultimate reset to your day. The room ranges in the mid 80’s. Beginner Friendly and All Levels Welcome.

Power Flow

Strengthen your body and calm your mind in this energetic and dynamic vinyasa practice focused on building strength and endurance through repetition, patience, and the power of your breath. The room ranges between 92-102 deg with 40-65% humidity. All Levels Welcome

Restorative Yin

This passive form of yoga incorporates intentional breath-work, meditation and use of various props to support several grounded postures held for 3-5min each. The room is set to a comfortable temperature, perfect for releasing fascia and lengthening muscle. Beginner Friendly and All Levels Welcome. Unheated.

HEATED 26 + 2

This practice is a series of 26 postures + 2 breathing exercises in a 100 degree room for 60 minutes. Each posture is held stationary for 30-60 seconds. The intensity of heat and specifically sequenced postures deepen the need for concentration and focus both on your mat and beyond. The postures are sequenced in the same order each class and does not include movements like downward dog, chaturanga, upward dog, and plank. Heated 26+2 is a great practice for all levels, including beginners. Come with the intention to sweat, challenge yourself, and strengthen your mind – body connection.

Community Flow

This is a beginner-friendly, unheated, all-levels, donation-based vinyasa class. The perfect ‘Sunday Self-Care’ to ease you into a new week. Take time to connect your breath with your movement, while gently building strength and flexibility in the body, mind and soul.

A slower paced, heated vinyasa class giving you time to integrate intentional movements and utilize the power of your breath to build strength in a mindful way. Expect to challenge yourself, sweat, and feel good at the end! The temperature ranges from 92-102 degrees with 40-65% humidity. Beginner Friendly and All Levels Welcome.

Unheated Flow

This purposefully sequenced, Unheated, flow style class, is designed to cultivate a deeper connection between your mind & body, using the power of breath to increase strength and stamina, while incorporating active flexibility and mobility for a creative and exploratory practice. The room is kept at a comfortable temperature allowing the body to build its own heat through breath + movement. All Levels Welcome.
