Here at Soul Flow Yoga Studio, we are all about Connection and Community. We believe that Yoga is for Every Body and offer a series of creative and purposefully sequenced classes to meet a wide array of needs. Connection for us starts with our breath. As we take even a moment to tune inward, we begin cultivating a connection to ourselves, the powerful life-force breath in our lungs, to nature, and to each other. It is with this connection that we have the ability to learn, heal, and grow as we incorporate movement and meditation into our everyday lives both on and off our mat.

This purposefully sequenced, heated vinyasa class designed to cultivate a deeper connection between your mind & body, using the power of breath to increase strength and stamina, while incorporating active flexibility and mobility for a creative and exploratory practice. A slower, simpler, unheated flow, designed to open your body, release tension, and explore movement throughout your whole system. This class incorporates breathwork, focus, and flexibility to create a balance between a calm mind and a mobile body. Gentle Flow is great for any level practitioner, giving you an opportunity to get grounded in the fundamentals of your yoga practice. Beginner Friendly and All Levels Welcome. Unheated.

Pilates + Flow
A mindful movement practice combining the strength, freedom, + fluidity of vinyasa with the concentrated core + stability work of Pilates. Restorative Yin
This passive form of yoga incorporates intentional breath-work, meditation + use of various props to support several grounded postures held for 3-5min each. The room is set to a comfortable temperature, perfect for releasing fascia & lengthening muscle. Beginner Friendly. All Levels Welcome. Unheated. (60min)
Warm Flow
This purposefully sequenced, Warm Vinyasa class, is designed to cultivate a deeper connection between your mind & body, using the power of breath to increase strength + stamina, while incorporating active flexibility + mobility for a creative & exploratory practice. The room is set in the high 80’s with added humidity. Beginner Friendly. All Levels Welcome. (60min)
Heated 26 + 2
This practice is a series of 26 postures + 2 breathing exercises in a 100 degree room for 60 minutes. Each posture is held stationary for 30-60 seconds. The intensity of heat + specifically sequenced postures deepen the need for concentration & focus both on your mat & beyond. The postures are sequenced in the same order each class & does not include movements like downward dog, chaturanga, upward dog, & plank. Come with the intention to sweat, challenge yourself, + strengthen your mind – body connection. Beginner Friendly. All Levels Welcome. (60 min)
Unheated Power
Strengthen your body + calm your mind in this energetic + dynamic vinyasa practice focused on building strength & endurance through repetition, patience, & the power of your breath. The room is set to a comfortable temperature. Beginner Friendly. All Levels Welcome. (60min)
Yin + Mobility
This class combines the passive intensity of slow + held yin stretches with gentle mobility + strength work to support your joints, ligaments, & connective tissue. The added benefit of incorporating gentle heat instead of a colder room, helps the muscles to release + more comfortably deepen your overall range of motion. Intentional breath work, building inner heat, & holding postures for longer bits of time, creates space for a deeply meditative experience. The room is set in the low 90’s. Beginner Friendly. A slower paced, heated vinyasa class giving you time to integrate intentional movements + utilize the power of your breath to build strength in a mindful way. Warm Yin + Flow
The perfect mix of vinyasa style flow with the calming, restorative benefit of yin mindfully weaved into the practice. We work on mobility + functional feel-good movement for that ultimate reset to your day. The room ranges in the mid 80’s. Beginner Friendly. All Levels Welcome. (60min)
Gentle + Restorative
Easy like Sunday… the perfect balance between a calm mind + mobile body, this class combines gentle movement with supported & held postures that help the body relax & unwind as you make space for your week ahead. Community Flow
This is a beginner-friendly, unheated, all-levels, donation-based vinyasa class. The perfect ‘Sunday Self-Care’ to ease you into a new week. Take time to connect your breath with your movement, while gently building strength and flexibility in the body, mind and soul. (60min)
