I love making the most of all life has to offer — at any given moment, you may find me with a guitar, pen, whisk, yoga mat, map, book, or puzzle in hand. I’m a born-and-raised Nashvillian and love going on adventures with my husband and pup.

As a 200-hour RYT, veteran of the corporate world, and general adventure-seeker, I share movement practices that range from gentle-yet-revitalizing flows to soothing, restorative classes that help bring the mind, body and spirit back into balance.
