Yoga is personal and could resonate differently with everyone. I’m here to hold space, to remind students to embody a practice that speaks true to them and that yoga blocks are cool!
I took my first yoga class back in college and walked out with the dire need to return. It took several practices for me to become aware that some mind-body connection was happening. And when I enrolled into YTT, a deeper awakening and realization unfolded. Yoga gave me tools and showed me the way to healing and harmonizing with the world around me. It taught me to find flow in order, stillness in chaos and silence in noise.
I’m glad to be in this space and share it with others! Outside of yoga, I’m a mom and a writer. I enjoy reading, going to yard sales, nostalgic things, donuts, the rain and children’s books.
